Never Regrind Your Rollers
Never send your folder rollers out for 'regrinding'. This dramatically destroys the life of the roller. Regrinding to the lowest worn diameter may "look" okay to run but it will be below OEM spec size and the polyurethane still won't have any gripping "spring back" left. Those that promote this service really don't understand the function of the polyurethane's gripping power or are hoping to sell you new rollers in the very near future. If you don't believe this, just ask that shop how long they will warranty their work. Read more about regrinding.
